Our clients had recently purchased this beautiful Spanish home in Cheviot Hills when they brought us on board to remedy the outdated kitchen and dysfunctional floor plan. We gutted the interior to allow for a completely reworked floor plan and found space to add a fun powder room with a tiled, groin-vaulted ceiling. The interior finish and fixture selections, while more modern in some cases, maintained the Spanish style. We selected and installed the beautiful star and cross terracotta floor in the kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry to speak to the character of the existing home.
