L’assiette
Coming to LETTER FOUR with just a name, restaurant idea, and location, L’assiette needed a full scale design concept from logo and branding to a full interior experience. From the French word for plate, L’assiette, the brand identity took hold. As the restaurant’s mission was to create a modern take on the traditional steak frites bistro aesthetic, both the logo and the interior just does just that, mixing more traditional forms and colors with sleek wood panels, well-designed lighting, and modern fixtures.
