With over 20+ years of experience in construction, Jeremy is the guy you want leading your build. We feel that partnering with our clients as early in the project as possible is essential in creating a collaborative client relationship with a singular focus on successful delivery. Jeremy, along with our entire construction team, will work with you and your architect to provide detailed, accurate bids, and build what was designed. No matter what your project entails, we have you covered as we have a wide range of experience, including new construction, residential remodels, hospitality, and tenant improvements, to name a few. We strive for a high level of service, quality communication, and a beautiful end result.
We know that a lot of time and energy has gone into the design of your project. At Letter Four we never sacrifice aesthetics— we understand that the appearance and style of your residential or commercial space is just as important as how well it is built. We know quality and ensure that no details are overlooked.
Working with licensed and bonded subcontractors is essential. This not only protects us as a business but you as a property owner, should anything arise. We’ve vetted and approved these subcontractors and ensure that they are building to Letter Four’s standards. We meet all the requirements of your project and find innovative solutions for any design challenges. We do it the right way, always.
Once we have plans from you that have been approved by the authorities, we will provide you with an itemized bid for your project. This bid is incredibly detailed and clearly outlines what is included and excluded to avoid confusion and provide full transparency.
We are in constant contact with our clients and their architect and designers. We also maintain weekly site meetings to ensure all parties are up to speed on progress and project needs.
Our in-house administrative staff and project managers maintain our project schedules with upcoming milestones, including but not limited to city inspections, needed client approvals, ordering deadlines, and delivery dates, as well as all subcontractor deadlines.
While we aim to avoid these, they are a necessary part of most construction projects as they help us to communicate changes in scope and project timeline. Whether it’s an unforeseen item that needs to be addressed or you as the client have decided to add or eliminate a part of the project scope, we will work with you to have these processed in a timely manner.
At the end of your project, we’ll do a full walkthrough with you to create a final punch list and stay in communication to make sure that the last touch-ups are completed and that warranties are honored. We create a home owner’s manual that will list all subcontractor contact information, warranty information, and schedule for equipment servicing.
