The goal of this Pacific Palisades fire rebuild was continuity, not reinvention. Reusing the existing foundation kept the home anchored to the footprint the family knew, and the floor plan stayed close to the original. We kept what was working and improved upon what wasn’t. The 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3,997 square foot home takes on a modern coastal style, pairing clean, simple lines with a light and relaxed palette that reflects its setting near the coast. Indoor rooms are designed to feel like part of the outdoors, and the outdoor spaces offer the counterbalance: Quiet, private, comfortable and ready for entertaining much as before. The result keeps what the family valued, rooted in the place they call home. This project is fully permitted, with construction starting in the Fall of 2026.
